DIRECTIONS:

To give a specific date, we would recommend using the last 15-days of the month that follows the end of the intensive course.
A small number of people with special needs may require a doubling of the above doses, i.e. 2-capsules twice daily for 30-days, followed by 2-capsules twice daily for 15-days each month.
